  1. Hi Sheena! Surf the Greats will be hosting surf inspired yoga classes on Sunday mornings at 10AM at Ashbridges Bay / Woodbine Beach.

The series will run from July 23 until September 24 with instructors Antonio Lennert, Alli Boddy and Oliver Sjaärda, taking turns. This fun and accessible class is suitable for everyone.

Bring your own mat or beach towel and come sweat, stretch and meditate on the beach. Meet spot is by the washroom station just east of the volleyball nets. Arrive early as the classes will start at 10AM sharp! Classes are free, but we will be accepting donations (suggested $10).

The classes are weather dependant. Surf the Greats reserves the right to cancel any class. Check the Facebook Event Page for confirmation every Saturday.
